We are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange, minus the original shipping costs, where applicable.
You have 14 days to return your item from the date it was received in order for a refund/exchange to be offered. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges received back after the 14 day period, where this applies, your item will be returned to you.
Returns will only be accepted by MJBGarmz if they are sent back in unused condition, with all tags and packaging in tact, in the condition they were shipped to you.
Once MJBGarmz has received your return, the item will be inspected and if approved, a refund or exchange guarantee will be provided to the full value of the item purchased (minus your shipping charge where applicable).
Refunds will be credited to you within 14 days from receipt of your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend you send your returns by tracked and insured postage.
Sourced item returns
Please note, specially sourced items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
How do I request a return?
To arrange a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the details required to make your return to us.
In your email requesting a return, please include your full name, order number and detail the reason for return. If you would like an exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unused condition
- Items must be returned in the correct packaging, with the tags still attached.
If for any reason the item you received is faulty, please contact us via email email@example.com immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the issue you have with the item, along with photographic evidence. Please also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We will then give you instructions on your return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please note, returns/exchanges for faulty items will only be offered if the item is in unworn condition, we therefore recommend you inspect your purchase before its first wear.
- The item is your responsibility until it is received back by us.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You ‘the customer’ will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order to us.
We highly recommend you return your item by a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure it reaches us.
We also recommend that your insured shipping method covers the item to the retail value as we will not refund/exchange lost returns.
Disclaimer* Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods or the goods have been lost/damaged whilst in transit back to us through your selected courier, where sufficient insurance cover or tracking has not been obtained, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.
