Express UK Next Day Tracked Delivery £4.99 

Orders must be placed by 4pm (Mon-Thurs) in order to receive a next day delivery service within the UK. Your item will be sent via Royal Mail. A signature is required upon delivery. Tracking details for your delivery will be sent to you via email. 

Free Standard UK Delivery Orders Over £100 (2-3 day service)

Delivery charge £4.99 for orders under £100.

Your item will be sent via Royal Mail. A signature is required upon delivery. Tracking details for your delivery will be sent to you via email. 

Guaranteed Saturday UK Tracked Delivery £9.99

Orders must be placed by 4pm Friday in order to receive a guaranteed Saturday delivery service within the UK. Your item will be sent via Royal Mail. A signature is required upon delivery. Tracking details for your delivery will be sent to you via email. 

Ordering outside of UK

Shipping rates and delivery times to other countries outside of the UK may vary, you will find shipping rates for your location at the checkout. 

Troubleshooting

It says my item has been delivered, but I have not received it.

In the first instance, If your tracking states that your item has been delivered but you have not received it, we advise you to check with your neighbouring properties, as occasionally the courier will deliver to a safe place if you are unable to sign for your parcel. If it is not there, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office, you will need to provide them with the tracking number we have issued to you for your parcel.

In the unfortunate circumstance, you have been unable to locate your parcel after following the above advice, we recommend that you raise a claim via the insured courier service using the tracking number we have provided to you.

Disclaimer* Following an unsuccessful claim for a missing parcel from the courier, you will not be eligible for a refund from MJBGarmz, as we are unable to verify that you have not received your parcel.
